He is the author of multiple publications on different topics, but mainly on international trade, customs and investment issues.

He has been recognized as one of the leading lawyers in his practice areas by the most recognized international publications such as Chambers & Partners, Who's Who Legal, LatinLawyer, among others. Since 2014 to date, he has served as Member and Secretary of the International Council of Our Little Brothers and Sisters International, A.C.}

Lawyer, specialist in maritime navigation and foreign trade law. +30 years of experience in the Venezuelan and Mexican insurance sector, where I have worked in the technical, claims and commercial areas; and since 2003 I have been a multi-line and multi-product insurance intermediary, with a preference for business insurance programs (assets, people, fleets, civil liability, air, sea and land transportation, among others).

At CGR I have developed an agent and customer service platform, which is capable of building economically viable and temporarily sustainable solutions to contribute to the profitability of customers.
